- The service has not been used extensively (less than 10% of credits used)
- The request is made in good faith

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

- Less than 10% of the purchased credits have been used
- The subscription has not been active for more than 30 days
- No violation of our Terms of Service has occurred
2. Partial Refunds
In cases where more than 10% but less than 50% of credits have been used, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription.

4. Non-Refundable Items
